First things first. Lets break down what the roles are.

Our club is run by a team of volunteer officers who help keep things organized, fun, and welcoming for everyone. Here’s a quick look at what each officer does:

  • President – Leads the club, runs meetings, and helps guide the group’s activities. The president is the go-to person for keeping the club on track and making sure everyone has a voice.

  • Vice President – Supports the president and steps in when needed. The vice president often helps plan programs, special events, and makes sure meetings run smoothly.

  • Secretary – Keeps track of meeting notes, handles club correspondence, and helps members stay informed.

  • Treasurer – Manages the club’s finances, including dues and expenses, and provides updates on the budget.

Every club is a little different, but together our officers work to keep things running smoothly and make sure there’s plenty of learning, fun, and friendship in the hobby
